What I think about this is, if there were steps to becoming a Ctr person this would be one of them. In other words when it comes to Ctr you must always know to do the right thing but when your new to it all it's good to ask yourself whether it's right or wrong. An example of this would be me. I'm trying to become a Ctr person and sometimes I forget. Using this quote helps me think before I act making the probability of me choosing the right more likely. I also think that when it comes to choosing the right you must find time to think before you act. Whatever you do you must always think about it because most of our mistakes are done without thinking. There are many times when you will be offered to choose the wrong but whether you give in is up to you. I now understand why Mr. Graham thought before he did things because it saved him from many situations. In conclusion what I learned is to always think about what you are trying to do and always listen to your instinct.
