To me this quote means that don’t get yourself into problems because you want to be all up into somebody’s business. That’s what the first part of this quote tells me. In other words don’t decide to do something bad just because you want to fit in or because you may think it’ll be fun. We must learn that our actions have consequences. We must learn that what we do can turn on us and affect us at any moment. For instance say you sold something. You may think no harm done right, well wrong. Eventually the truth comes out and when it does the consequences aren’t that pretty. So just be on your best behavior and if what you're doing isn’t good or right then don’t do it at all. Stick to your rules and resist the pressure. The second part of this quote tell me that don’t spread around rumors. If you don’t know what happened is better to keep your mouth shut. Talking and contributing when you don’t know what’s going on can have many negative effects. An example of this would be telling someone you know what someone else said about he/she. The person would investigate and if what you said and the person said she said doesn’t match they may believe the person is lying to her. This may start a fight and guess who would be in trouble for it. That’s right you for opening your mouth and telling what you thought you heard.In conclusion the best advice i can get from this is that if your not involved in something stay out of it for you may be the one who comes out affected by it.

To me this means that what you turn out to be is going to reflect what you are. In other words when people hear your name they're going to think about the type of person you are and not of what you have achieved. In life people always seem to notice the things you expect them not to. So coach K’s advice is that be your best so that when people hear your name they think highly of you. It’s true how your name can be strong and it can define you in people’s mind. So what i think coach k is trying to say is that nothing in life will drag you down or bring you up than your name. Your name can have it’s disadvantages and advantages you just have to make your name stand out by doing good. If you think about it there are many people who achieve similar things in life like buying a house, going to college, and starting a business. But, the things that makes these achievements unique is the name of the person who did it. When you achieve in life your name becomes more recognized and you become known as the person that did many things. In conclusion your name can say a lot of things about you. It can even mean more than what you have achieved.

Example: many people at the mention of my name may think right away that i'm a good student. Every thing that i have achieved builds up my name and that’s why they thought that about me. So if i was just another person who has done things in life but because of some bad actions that i did recently people would talk about the past and not about the present.
