Health administrator
Duties and responsibilities:
- They lead the staff and they manage them too.
- They work with others to ensure that everything is running properly.
- They can either work as managing the whole facility to managing just a specific department.
- They order the supplies need for the department they work in.
- They make sure that everything is in place and ready to use for whoever they work for.
- They are in charge of what the staff does and makes sure to keep them at task.
- They keep all the patient information sealed electronically or in a hardcover folder, they also have to update them.
- Following the rules of HIPPA and making sure that their being followed.
- Providing new information to staff or patients.
Salary: The average salary for health administrator is about $103,700 annually.
Education:To become a healthcare administrator you must have the following things:
- A bachelor's degree in public health or any other related subject.
- They must have to prove that they have all the required materials to become a healthcare administrator this may include having good communication skills.
- They have to be ready to take charge of other people and be able to build rapports between companies.
- This job doesn’t require a license all though you can get one.
