A ear nose and throat doctor also know as a ENT is a specialized doctor who treats the disorders or disease of the nose, ears, throat. They are trained to be one of the doctors who can provide you with medical treatment or surgical management in the categories of the ear , nose, and throat.
Duties and responsibilities :
  • Evaluates patient’s condition and checks the medical history of the patient.
  • They are trained to be like surgeons, so they perform their own surgery on their patients.
  • Must keep accurate records of their patient's problem.
  • They have to make reports to the insurance companies.
  • Negotiate for payment from the insurance companies.
  • They hire their own personnel or staff.
  • Pay their own bills and follow the local licensing requirements.
Salary: An ear nose throat doctor gets paid $369,790 annually.
Education: to become a ear nose throat doctor you must go to college. You must graduate from college with a medical degree. So in total it’s eight years of school . Reflection : I think this career sounds interesting so i think i would like to be one. I would like to be one because they help people and they once help me too. Their job sounds interesting in diagnosing people and the problems they have in the ear nose and throat. Not only that but your your own boss which i find pretty cool.
