                                                               Dermatologist
A dermatologist is a doctor whose job is to treat the skin, hair and nails of a person.
Some of his/her duties and responsibilities may include:
Provide patients with a consultation.
Develop a diagnosis for the patient.
Be able to look at the patient’s medical history and perform a physical exam for further information.
Must be able to perform a dermatological screening which is to look for visible symptoms on the body.
Must be able to perform other types of test if needed.
Do procedures where they remove things such as warts and other stuff.
They provide patients with medication that relates to their condition and the recovery of it.
Last but not least the inform the patients of what their condition is, how the treatment will help,and they also answer any questions the patient may have.
Salary: Median salary for a Male dermatologist gets paid $300,000 while female dermatologist get paid $262,500.
Education: They must have an undergraduate degree at a four year college. While their at the four year college it would help them if they got classes that help in that medical field. They must get into medical school. In medical school you must meet the requirements and pass the dermatology residence. To complete it takes one year of an intern and three years of clinical practice. Last but not least you must get your licensing to  become an official dermatologist.
Demand or need for this profession:This job has grown 14% over the years.

Reflection: i wouldn’t want to be a dermatologist because it isn’t equal pay between men and women.I think this is unfair because we do the same job but we don’t get the exact same credit.
